What USA wants is to encircle China with Intermediate missiles like they did in 1980s against the Warsaw pact countries!  Russia hardly violated the INF treaty, the Trump clique is using an excuse a pretext to legirtimise their dirty attempts! But it is not a wwise thing to produce Intermediate missiles as retailiation by China!
