It will be a disaster for many countries if a war breaks out between US and China.  It is really not in the best interest of no one.  There are countries that have benefited from China as we all know.  What really triggers US to come up with this aggressive plan is dubious to some of us. But based on the news I read recently, I can't really say if it is justified or not.  On the allegation of China's interference in this upcoming mid-term election in the US is ludicrous since there is absolutely no evidence to substantiate the claim.  On the contrary, there are so much proofs that Russia interfered in 2016 presidential election, but Trump keeps denying it.
