Their rooms were ready to use after 2pm, this is clearly notified! They came early in the morning and the guy wants his aging parents to take rest in the lobby! Look this is definately very unapperopiate, that hotel is a business making company, they dont cares your problems and the western people has no faithful over Chinese traditions over respecting your parents! Especially in the Continent Europe that this is impossible for them to concern, they have strict discipline and do things only in a conventional way! That guy just shiting his pants in front of camera, he should shut up ! That behaviour was unacceptable!
