much like in that movie(played by John Hurt), xcept that guy's bulging was on his jaw.As one can imagine, quite grotesque. I restrained myself from attempting to talk to him because that poor man doesn't deserve to be treated like a freak and I wasn't sure if his vocal ability was impaired. May Allah shower HIS mercy on him and get healed soon.
