Lets say a pinoy maid make HK$4000/month, sends home HK$3000/month ,her husband makes HK$1000 in the phillipines and they have 3 kids and 1 elderly. That's HK$9600/yr. I suggest to raise PRC poverty line to 7700 yuan/yr. Average disposable income/capita in China is 25974 yuan in 2017."
