A judge gave me 7 years and he ordered me to serve in a county jail a minimum of one year and 6 years of suspension pending the successful outcome of my probation then he allowed me to apply for work furlough if I would be accepted since it was a minimum security. I had to file the appeal for that because I was rejected. I had a stinky breath White honky attorney who recommended me to enter plea and take the offer from the fvcking white honky DA.  They had so many cases, they were backlogged and they wanted you to take a plea deal.  I learned it from my very own experience.
