The owner was a Hongkong couple.  I used to get Hainanese Chicken twice a week.  They sold half and whole chicken by the way.  Not long after there was a new owner and he discontinued selling Hainanese chicken.  I was so disappointed.  I don't really care about the rice.  I just want the chicken though. However, thank you Chairman Mao for the link.  I will one day learn to make it correctly.  Believe me!
