that DF-41 is being deployed to overcome all of these defenses, and that will require high MIRV payload capabilities. If DF-41 is anything similar to the LGM-118 Peacekeeper, 10 warheads sounds entirely reasonable. The W-88 warhead is rated at 475kt, and the Peacekeeper could loft 10 of those things up to 14,000km away.
