since models who seems to be selected by gay designers on the basis of appearance don't pique my interest. But the PC culture doesn't seem to be very big in Japan (or Korea, or China for that matter).

Is consumerism even good for China? Or will it turn Chinese into lazy ignorant bums like Americans?
