High IQ means being able to process information quickly and solve complex problems. That's it.  If you have bad memory, bad OS, a high speed CPU means nothing. There are only so many awkward geniuses the world can accomodate. The rest will be jobless and depressed.

It is the operating system that makes one successful.  OS is like EQ.  The ability to interface with "users",  interprate external inputs, optimize prefomance based on all factors and efficiently correlate relationships and emotions. Many high IQ people have lousy OSes, are not successful and usually suicidal.

Unless a job position is designed to just take advantage of processing power then all is good but there are not enough of those jobs to accomodate all the high IQ people.   Today, even med student applicants are being tested for good OSes before being admited to the program.

Many top CEOs have fast CPUs, lots of RAM and good OSes with no virus.
