on engine alone. NO one would TOT their family heirloom for a measly 10 billion. Lets say the yanks spent 10 billion over 10 yrs for a certain tech item, why should they sell it to create competitors.

For example the japanese have the most advanced carbon fibre tech(I mean the raw PAN fibre),a very significant achievement, why should they sell it to someone else?
