Philppines that he befriends with China not because of his grandfather was Chinese. If his only motive to establish relations with China simply because his grandpa was Chinese then that would be fuvked up.  As far as the US and the West are concerned, they were completely screwed everything in the world not just in Asia.  They invaded, colonized and brutalized.   They were fuvking evils. I recently read a little bit of French emipire in Vietnam, the  white monkeys in Laos. They were there making the locals built the railroads and chopped down timbers loaded them to their trains and headed to Paris.  Yes, that's the nicest way to  spread democracy and human rights in Laos by taking your natural resources. When Vietnam told them leave, they said no because they were there to stay.  And Ho was the one who humiliated them in the battle fields.
