a 'hard'ware problem. Like you said, that friend of yours had a 'hard'drive upgrade, right? But for fluidity sake,can the 'hard'drive be disabled?  As I said,its an issue as long as human haven't evolved/engineered into an on-demand gender combinatoric state. While its absolutely wrong to persecute a person on that person's personal gender or body cavities/protrusions management issue, their personal issue NO longer remain personal.
