Since the last three decades China was in an enviroment of no wars but economic reforms, the new generation of Chinese soldiers need to be trained and heavy morale boosting!  The new coming soldiers were young men who never seen of wars orrarely touch on guns! 

Israel's military setback in July2006, thesecond Lebanon war suffered heavily was because their soldierrs long time not engaged with armed conflicts since 1985. Almost 20 years no major wars. It wa striggared by Iran backed Hezbollah militants kidnapped Israeli soldiers. I m very worry about China's military competency. And the commander in chief is a civilian one instead a  longtime militay leader.
