If I remembered it right, I read it from atimes.com that China had signed a land-lease contract in Laos and the first 50,000 Chinese would be allowed to move there.  Where exactly in Laos?  I don't know.  Can it be around Vientiane, or it has to be elsewhere?  It could also be a western propaganda.  However, the truth is, Laos gov is currently considering and extension of land lease to 99 years to foreigners.
