See, most of the cultural gulf muslims insist on are visual symbolism or actual practise anchored in arab culture, I propose to ease with the following rationale  appealing to the PC crowd:

1)Burqua head scarves? Its protection against UV radiation through ozone holes

2)Polygamy? The Holy Prophet forseen the coming of androids. The extra 'wives' he referred to were actually sex machines to  release male sex urge on female during the latters' menstruation cycles AND he just asked muslims to have preparatory practise. Its all about women's health

3)Pork forbidden? I heard the chinese flooding the market with harmful GM pigs.East europeans also eat lots of pork. Mm..I suspect its communist conspiracy foretold by the Holy Prophet 

4)Cousin marriage offsprings have low IQ.? Hey IQ is racist
