Tough-talking Filipino strongman Rodrigo Duterte is warning ISIS killers that he’ll “eat their livers.”

Duterte told the opening of a sport tournament in Laos: “Just drive me to extreme anger, and I can eat a person. Give me salt and vinegar and I’ll eat his liver.

“You know, I am capable of eating a person. If you anger me, in truth, I will eat you alive. Raw.”

The 71-year-old Filipino president had shown a taste for ruthlessness in his bloody purge of drug dealers that left the country’s streets littered with corpses.

Duterte’s tough talk follows his order to kill any and all jihadis behind a botched attack at tourist hotspot Bohol.

Slamming the extremists as “animals,” Duterte warned he could be a monster, too.

“If you want me to be an animal, I’m also used to that. We’re just the same. I can dish out, go down what you can 50 times over,” he said.

Several soldiers, two civilians and at least four terrorists — including one of the leaders of homegrown headcases, Abu Sayyaf — were killed in the clash.

Abu Sayyaf were responsible for the sickening kidnappings and beheadings of Canadians Robert Hall and John Ridsdel.

Since coming to power in 2016, Duterte’s cops and vigilantes have killed more than 5,600 in a quasi state-sanctioned executions in his battle against drug lords.
