secure a vitcory. But the war will not take place between them because a vicory with a great cost is something US can't accept. What good does it do for the United States to win with the unbearable costs?  China is not in the position to fight and secure a vitory over the US.  Not yet maybe in the futue but as of now, it is the impossible mission.  Lets say an out war with US and NATO agaisnt China and Russia, the outcoume is still a defeat for PRC and the Russian Federations.
