The leader of South Korea was dumb, because the country's interest is not being attended to.The fact is, South Korea is in dispute with Japan, with China, and with North Korea, all at the same time.
Not sure what purpose this serves. Then to top it all off, the leader gets booted from office, on an unrelated issue.
If you try, you cannot even create such as mess, as that is too hard to do. Since they actually did it, they have to be very dumb.
