To be honest, I'm not even sure we will ever see this weapon get used, but as long as every one is in the dark about its capability, the yanks will still launch as many missiles as it need to stop it if war ever break out. At the very least, in the early stage of war, we can be sure the yanks will exhaust many of its anti ballistic missile defence to stop it.
