Those islands are so near to Chinese mainland and have been Chinese fishing ground for thousand of years, such islands should not be privately owned and transfer ownership to prevent legitimate fishermen from fishing there. Nobody should transfer ownership when they don't owned those property and call it international law, just like no con man should sell Brooklyn bridge at cheap to stupid fool to deprive the real users.  I belielve whitout Chinese Coast Guard around, thoseJapanese fools will start rounding up fishermen just like they did in international warter around Okinotori reef.  Even after the verdict that Okinotori is a reef, these fools still withhold the ransom they got from Taiwanese fishermen arrested in international water.
