Only China's and Taiwan's presidents have come out and said something about the ruling. A China's assisstant foreign ministry has released a white paper. Indonesian said they were going to strengthen their defence around an island of theirs. There is nothing from the Philipines or Asean. The US was said to calm things down quietly amongst the other claimants. The new and ex presidents of the Philippines are no where to be seen. There is nothing from EU.

There are some noises from politicians here for domestic consumptions.

So basically, nothing much is going on. If things are to happen, they are warming up pretty slowly.
