First of all, "restricting" gun ownership in this country is a non-starter, if what you mean is a blanket gun ban. Second, anything less than a full on gun ban will not prevent killers from going on rampages with guns, especially if they do not have a significant prior history of criminality or mental illness. Third, if I had wanted a retard's opinion on gun control in the US, I would have asked you. I didn't ask you. :D
