Anger Management class funded by state.  It was a waste of tax payers money.  I called it a White Monkey Law.  Many battered women filed for a restraining order but it only made the matters worse. The consequences were too light and  the law was too lenient so many Whitie monkeys were quite great at taking out their anger on their spouses. Until recently the law gets tough it can no longer ignore domestic abuses.
