apple is a system company, they bundle hw sw together and margin is good. but these who supplied devices (components) inside iphones, margins are thin and competition are cutting throat. You put that in perspective of robots, those who manufacturing them will be far less profitable than those who developing s/w to make robots to perform certain task, like having sex with a human. That’s why facebook is a better investment choice than, say apple. And apple is a better investment choice than one of its supplier, say qualcomm.
