To utilize the speed of the fastest machines, you need to adapt the code and algorithm specifically to that particular architecture and hardware. Porting is non-trivial, and it will take a lot of time and effort. That is assuming you have the source code to allow porting. If you are running something off the shelf, then you are out of luck.
