Filipino pirates have step up their menace lately after knowing uncle sam is actually posturing instead of keeping the shipping lane safe.  Two ships were being ransacked within a week in SCS. Indonesian, Malaysia and Chinese crews were kidnapped and kept in Philippines island. It is time victimized nations work with Chinese Navy to rescue ttheir people and make South China Sea safe again for sailing.
