The bigger news is the setting up of interbank clearing like that of SWIFT for Asian nation announced in Boao forum which got overwhelming support lately.  As the biggest trading nation on earth, China's Yuan will be used mostly in this new system of interbank clearing for the region, by-passing the neccesity of going through NY based Swift system.
