After watching Star Wars episodes repeatedly, I'm perplexed by something:

What's so bad about the Dark Side or the Sith?

--Are they power hungry? Certainly not; according Grand Moff Tarkin(played by Peter Cushing), the Sith Emperor delegated authority to regional governors after the Republic was demolished. So the Sith believed in de-centralisation, not power grabbing
--The SITH believed in massive killing to subdue the opponents. Not bad at all if it could shorten conflicts. Remember Hiroshima and Dresden(fire bombing) so loved by chinese, russians and jews...?

Are the jedis good guys?

--To me they're NO different from Falungong xcept the 'Force' is said to be real and the Falungong 'Chi' is basically bogus and has no psychokenetic power.

-- Perverting other people's mind with their 'mind tricks' is criminal.
--During the clone wars,the jedis fought the SITH seperatist movement, or in yank speak,democratic aspiration. F**k them
