If they're going to cut the number of ordinary grunts:

a)A large number of hindu army career officers will be de-commissioned

b)Even if (a) isn't going to happen or only a smaller number of officers will be de-commissioned, promotion opportunities for low to middle ranked officers will be severely curtailed.

Overall,u can't blame them. Employment is bharat's no.1 problem
