(I remember many yrs ago, I heard problems with chinese made APFSDS shots during flight)however it seems bharat has problem making 9mm pistol ammos. And the new INSAS model is a diaster in the making according to the 2nd article below

However, the ammunition of the Ordnance Factory Board (OFB) is of low quality and has been giving trouble, officials said......“The quality of the ammunition made by the OFB in terms of metallurgy is very poor and this is affecting the performance of the gun,” an official said."
