Asian buddhists(include buddhists in hinDUDstan)want to distant themselves from hinduism. The himalayas is formidable barrier regardless the relation is good or bad.  The most entertaining of all,china became a much needed ally of pakistan,the mortal enemy of hinDUDstan.I doubt chinese leaders lost any sleep over relation with hindus. The hindus definitely got a F grade for  Geopolitical Calculus 101
