This Somali bomber managed to circumvent security to some extent by pretending to be disabled. It reminds me of that incident in Xinjiang not long ago where the attackers had carried crutches to reduce suspicion. A wheelchair is basically made from hollow steel pipes like a bicycle, and all sorts of things could be concealed in the empty space.
