put up some defensive measures on all the reef & "Islands" to counter the continuous provocations by the US Navy. This is an opportunity to militarize some of the reef & Islands. If the intrusions increase, resume land reclaimation activities on all the reef & islands and start reclaiming Scarborough Reef or Shoal 黄岩岛 as fast as possible. If possible within one week reclaim the same size as Fiery Cross Reef and construct a air strip 3km & deep seaport on it! See who will gain in the end!
