Seems like those war hawks need conflict in Asian water to distract the world on the human right abuse in Okinawa. Ryukyu people are screaming daily to get the dangerous military bases out of their island.  It has been 70 years,  there is no reason to take so long to keep peace, what have they been doing? Nothing? Or they are cooking up conflict so they can continue enjoing setting up bases illegally on some one else's land to line their sponsor's pocket?
