1. It's spelled Mandarin. Not Mendarine. Cantonese, not Cantonise.

2. Spelling is not based on Mandarin or Cantonese. It's usually by region (Hong Kong, Mainland, Taiwan, Singapore, etc.). There are literally millions of Mandarin speakers whose surname is Wang.  

3. These girls all look like Japanese gravure models and are not Chinese.

4. The article was not about an old dude marrying a young bride. It was about the display of wealth from the newly wed couple. That guy in the glasses was famous(?) host hired by the couple for the wedding reception. 

5. Who the hell is teaching you about Chinese culture? They are obviously very, very mistaken.
