The Somalis are known extremists and since they have not shown any regards to the company's rules by walking off the job just like that, I don't think it will do the company any good by rehiring them back.  If you take  them back, they know they have won and the management is weak.

I don't think you can trust them in their work after all these.  They can be destructive by damaging your product and I don't think I will touch any product made by them.
