the booster section is 0.54m, making it impossible to quad-pack into a CCL VL canister. You can't cheat and try to squeeze the missile in by pretending its booster doesn't exist, because then it wouldn't be the same missile. It is also unknown if the missile fins can fold. If not, then your scenario is doubly impossible. Plus you forgot the HHQ-10 launcher which holds 24 missiles, which if you count each as 1/4 of a cell will net you an additional 6 cells. So the correct math is that the 052D can pack Kolkata's entire missile load and have 22 'cell-equivalents' left over.
