The Japanese will not be singing when the jerking starts.  Like they said India will make you go old before you see your project.  This will be the continuation of the Rafale project fun.  First they will announce the big purchase, then there will be back and forth proposal, never ending counter proposals.  Then negotiations come to a stop when the comical election begins.  Then they become less ambitious and ask for a smaller and cheaper alternatives.  The whole process starts all over again.
