and maybe the scale. The attacker is said to have registered at Greece Leros on Oct 3, the attack happened on Nov 13, barely one month later. Several attackers blew themselves up so it's not surprising that the police is working on body parts, forensic would identify whether the finger belong to the attacker.

One would think they'd take years to develop sleeper cells. But then who knows who else are there, many migrants don't have identification paper. There're so many of them background check is not done, the only criteria is they're not known terrorists on Interpol record. But then again, many people don't have identification papers.

In the Schengen zone, they could have done planning in one country to target another, for instance the Paris attack might have been organized by someone in Belgium so it's harder for French surveillance to detect. And now Germany and Sweden freely admit like millions of refugee mostly fresh from Syria with little verification and relocation quota imposed to distribute them throughout Europe.
