Sorry. When I said "shoot", I actually meant "reach", which didn't necessarily mean "hit" as pointed out by you.

So, the US navy (surface ships) has nothing which can reach the PLAN ships when the PLAN ships are firing the worthless anti-ship missiles at them at a safe distance.
