The different productive effect of a pound of steak or chicken on a ghetto poor or middle class STEM graduate is a different matter. I'm sure the gypsy or middle east origined welfare recipients in some part of europe are just as unproductive. Thats the main reason why the conservatives dont like 'welfare'
