China was the appeasing and pampering those uighurs that lead to huge Han Chinese casualties. The Chinese govt has the faults of negiliances, they told Han people to go there but not responsible for their safety.
The slow and weak reactions from the PLA in 5th July was completely unacceptable! And it required the Chairman to come back China for next decision to mobilize troops!
If every han chinese were allowed to have their own firearms,the casulaties could be greatly reduced at the moment of violences outbreak....(This is definately not for revenges and must be opposed )But if those uighars or tibetan thugs knows Hans are 'untouchables', they will drop the minds to stir up troubles.
