i.e. basically this means, these countries make it difficult for these White Bastards to exploit them. Yes, there's corruption but what we are talking about here is how EASY it is to EXPLOIT these nations. For example in India it is easy to do business if you are Hindu, but not for foreigners. I don't blame them, they are impoverished and any profit/money flowing out of the country will have detrimental effects.Same thing with USA & Europe, trying doing business (as a foreigner) there! You'll experience tariffs, barriers, red tape, legislation, excuses and outright lies. For example the EU bars Chinese auto-makers even though the crash tests passed with FLYING COLORS!!! I could go on with more examples, say like Unical.
