Nazis = V1/V1 rockets = indiscriminate civilian casualties
= terror weapon
Hamas = Grad/Kassam rockets = indiscriminate civilian casualties
= terror weapon
Hamas = siting launch sites/materiel near/in civilian areas
= exposing civilians to casualties due to intentional placement
Israel = precision bombs/missiles = targeting Hamas military/government infrastructure = marginalized risk to civilians

Hamas military actions against Israel vs. Israel military actions against Hamas on humanitarian scale (we won't go into Int'l Conventions for the sake of argument here):
90% Israel
10% Hamas

Factor in the facts that Israel completely evacuated the Gaza Strip in '05 'in the interest of furtherance of peace', Hamas took over and began ever-increasing missile barrage assaults against the Israeli civilian population, prompting Israel's 'reserved' response by blockading Gaza from everything but food & humanitarian shipments, culminating in a 'cease-fire' which Hamas then broke and Israel promptly 'threw down' upon Hamas in retaliation to protect their population from the terror attacks...

Combined with Hamas-stated goal of "The extermination of Jews is Allah’s will and is for the benefit of all humanity"...
