of good fortune of having a normal family settings. We can wish but we can not force our wish, sometimes at least. I think poor Kham also wants something like that but it only takes one to break the good family equilibrium but at the very least take two or more to maintain or even just makeup back that wished for good family equilibrium.

His actions can change the course but not enough sometimes. I remember hearing over the radio about a wife of many years suddenly woke up to tell her startled husband that she wanted a divorce. The poor husband asked if he did something wrong? To which, she said 'No', she just wanted to have a new life started! How incredible! It takes only one!

That maybe why we are seeing increasing divorce or separation of families the world over. Everyone wants to be fiercely independent to take even the slightest sacrifices! To strike a good (let alone perfect) family equilibrium with no serious abuses from any of two sides is getting increasingly tougher.

So in short, his and others' set of parameters may not be the same let alone close resemblance. We may call it the case of different Karmas, now that many Westerners have some inklings of what that term means. The best thing is able to put one in other's shoes even for a short moment. Then we may know a bit, just a little bit. Sorry.

Again with all due respect, hope you see what I am seeing at least in general terms. Hope Kham can confirm if he would like a good family settings.
