language too. These people can't read Laotian or understand Laotian. They just happend to live in the moutain in Laos which classified as highlanders. The CIA used them to fight in Vietnam. We never view them as Laotian sorry. We might consider them as Laotian if they can speak our language. I know it's wrong but that how it's been and always will be. BTW, they don't call themselves Laotian either.
