For the Russian, there are ample reason for them to assistant to these Iraqis/Afghan Freedom Fighter to killing American inside Iraq and Afghan. After all, these American precisely done the same thing to the old Soviet Union during the Afghan War. Also, during the Soviet Union era, the CIA deliberately sold a defective piece of computer assisted oil pipe equipment(control valve) which was bared to the Eastern Block at the time. This critical piece of pipe line equipment was a Trojan Horse, it suppose to calculate flow rate and adjust the valve accordingly; for the American knew that the Old Soviet Union can't produce this type of equipment!
But what the CIA did was to modified the flow rate computer code on this equipment; and restricted the flow at critical pressure. When the old Soviet Union installed this stolen piece of equipment into their pipe line, it caused a massive explosion in one of the Siberian oil field killing many people in the process.
So, it is not like the Russian have no reason to get back to the American.
As for China, the longer these American bleed inside Iraq is better for China. This will buy longer time for China to growth and to expand her military; sooner or later, possible in year 2020......... China and USA is going head to head on an open conflict. One Mountain can't hold Two Tigers; forget about brotherly loves and all, the USA is actively working to destroy China and the attack on Iraq is just part of this American New World Order which will eventually to fight against China.
It is better to give it to these American and bleed them inside Iraq now, then to have to fight them directly in Asia which would create much damage. Fight and bleed these American inside Middle East; so that the homeland continue to growth and build up her military strength. Never allows the American successfully conquest of Iraq and control the middle east oil.
Also, these EFP(explosively formed penetrator) are low technology device; it is basically an inverted wok packed with explosive. The theory for this type of device been around for a long time; just a shaped charge where the explosive force is focus by the inverted wok.
The Iranian or Iraqis is fully able to build these EFP independently without the help of Russia or China.
Even without the help of Russia and China; I am sure, these Iraqis Freedom Fighters are getting plenty of help from Iran and the rest of Muslim Nations on their fight against the American. Is not like America is popular in the Muslim World.
