Old PLA G-suits frm designation to dc-1 to dc-4 were full body. thse were 5 air bladder, 2 on shins, 2 on thighs, and one on stomach (the appendix) another tube that inflates running up and down side of body. No cutouts for knee, ass, or anythnig. only a hole for head, hands and feet to poke out of. You can blame the russians for that, an thank the americans for this now.
