Can Canada has so much money?China is the VIP customer of Russian weapons export,China has money China rules!!!!!! This is capitalism. We dont care what the heck in Yugos/Chechen,they are slavsland,if those Russian dont ask help,we do appreciate!Less trouble.
2 Even without the bombing embassy incident, China will buy more and more weapons from Russia,the incident did help to boost the PLA's demand
